The family of Costa Titch announces a postponement of the memorial service.
The South African rapper and dancer Costa Titch’s family has postponed the memorial service. The family released another statement outlining the reasons they had to postpone the funeral, which was initially set for today.
The family explained in their most recent statement that the memorial had to be postponed because it would not have been possible for the late rapper’s friends, admirers, and well-wishers to travel from all over the world to attend. In order to accommodate everyone, it was decided to change the date.
The family did not provide a specific date for the delayed memorial ceremony, just stating that the public will be informed as soon as a new date is determined.
Costa Titch collapsed and died while performing at the Ultra Music Festival in Johannesburg on March 11. His death shook the Rainbow as it was pretty sudden, unexpected, and came just a month after another rapper and associate, AKA, died from assassin’s bullets fired at point-blank range.
Costa Titch’s memorial was originally scheduled for 4 p.m. today at the Redemption Church in Johannesburg. We will share the new date with you as soon as it is released. Stay tuned.
